Towards the end of yesterday, I was in a lot of pain. My fingers were throbbing so much that I couldn’t even button my pants. I was socking my hands and feet in Epson salts to no avail. I finally shut down for the night about 9:00 and as I was going to bed, I remembered my anointing oil. So I anointed my hands and feet, while praying over them and believing in God to heal them. Then I went to bed, believing that when I awoke my hands and feet would be healed. Then the Lord spoke to me in the middle of the night, to wiggle my fingers for circulation and I went back to bed. I woke up this morning and my hands and feet feel great!!!!!
I became aware of anointing oil, through my good friend Mary and her church. In biblical times, oil was used both as a medicine and a symbol of the spirit of God. When you pray and anoint yourself or another, you have to believe and have faith, that you are healed. This verse opened my eyes and confirmed what was laid on my heart.
James 5: 14 -15 “Is anyone of you sick? You should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well: the Lord will raise him up.

Praise God!! That’s all I can say….except I’m so sorry that you hurt so bad…but once again your faith thru HIM took your pain away. Lisa, before closing I read my daily devotional “Jesus Calling” Today’s was: Walk by faith, not by sight. As you take steps of faith,depending on Me, I will show you how much I can do for you. If you live your life too safely, you will never know the thrill of seeing ME work through you. When I gave you My Spirit, I empowered you to live beyond your natural ability and strenght. That’s why it is so wrong to measure your energy level against the challenges ahead of you. The issue is not your strength but Mine, which is limitless. By walking close to Me, you can accomplish My purposes in My strength.. 2 Cor 5:7 & Galatians 5:25
God is so amazing to always answer our ever need

I’m thinking of you today and hope the pain is still gone! I am so sorry you were in pain. Thank goodness you got some relief from the ancient healing oil! And from your believing! Your entry is a beautiful lesson to all who read it that faith heals.
